Online purchases
Once you have selected your shoes (specifying the model, the number, the shape, and the heel height), you will receive an email confirming the availability of the chosen model and the payment method.
When the shoes are ready, they will be delivered to the courier who will deliver them directly to the address you indicated at the moment of registration.
If the shoes you order are not fitting properly you can always exercise the right of withdrawal in the terms and conditions set out below. Once you have identified your size and your shape, you can be sure to find it on every model: BelliSSSima guarantees the homogeneity of numbers and shapes for all collections.
Right of withdrawal
The customer can withdraw from the contract simply by sending an email, no later than 10 working days from the date of purchase.
Exchanges and Returns
BelliSSSima offers its customers the possibility to change or return the goods purchased, provided it has not been damaged or used. The shoes must be returned intact, with its own packaging and protective film attached under the sole and returned within ten working days from the date of collection to the following address:

Shipping costs will be charged to the customer. Once the goods have been received, BelliSSSima will proceed with the exchange or refund, which includes the purchase price paid by the customer with the initial shipping costs.
